- Program: EnSURE (Engineering Summer Undergraduate Research Experience) at Michigan State University
- Description: EnSURE is a 10-week, full-time research experience open to all undergraduates who are studying at institutions in the United States, including Puerto Rico. EnSURE students work on a substantive, faculty-guided research project in one of eight engineering departments and participate in professional development activities, including attending weekly seminars and completing periodic writing assignments. Students are paid $16/hour, earning up to $6,400 for the summer, and are responsible for paying for their own transportation, housing, meals and other living expenses.
