Stan Armstrong was a three-time Big Sky Conference Champion at Boise State University from 1982 to 1986.  Following his freshman season of 1982, Stan won the Big Sky Conference Championship at the 126 pound division in 1984. The next season Stan moved up in weight class and won the 1985 league championship at the 134 pound division. His overall record in 1985 was 27-7-1.  During his senior year in 1986 Stan posted an overall record of 20-4-1 and won his second straight Big Sky Conference Championship at the 134 pound level.  Stan competed in the NCAA Division I National Tournament each year following his Big Sky Conference Championships.  Stan also excelled in the classroom earning Big Sky Conference All-Academic honors. He graduated from Boise State in 1987.
