Certificate of Eligibility

Please note it is required to upload a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) with your Declaration the first time you utilize VA education benefits at Boise State.

Do not submit your Declaration until your schedule is completely set (no waitlisted classes or further adjustments). A Veteran Hold will be placed on your account shortly after you make your Declaration which locks in your schedule. If you need this Veteran Hold lifted, please fill out the Hold Lift Request.
