The Wellness Bar

Come on out to the Be Well Wellness Bar! The Wellness Bar is a program pulling inspiration from Stonybrook University and Umass Amherst. This program aims to connect students together in a fun and engaging atmosphere and to provide tips for safer drinking strategies if students choose to drink. If you are a student in recovery from alcohol and drugs, this is also a safe, substance-free space for you.

Mocktail Recipes

Virgin Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tbps. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. simple syrup (or 1/2 tbsp. dissolved sugar)
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • Ice

Procedure:

To crush the mint leaves, add torn leaves to a plastic bag and roll the mason jar over the leaves. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake!
