The best part? Easy access to the lush outdoor spaces adjacent to campus. This new residence hall features double room type and multiple community bathrooms per floor.
Syringa was designed with a focus on community, connection, safety, and sustainability. Each floor has several community spaces that feel like cozy living rooms. Amenities include furnished bedrooms and lounges in addition to unlimited laundry.

On Campus Living
Living on campus gives you the best opportunities to connect with peers, mentors, student organizations, and helpful resources. Syringa’s unique placement puts you in the center of classes, first-year village, and the scenic Boise River.
Safety
At Syringa Hall, student safety is a top priority. The building is accessible only by keycard, ensuring that only residents can enter. All rooms are located on the second floor or higher, providing an added layer of security. Staff are on call during late-night hours to ensure support is always within reach.
Sustainability
Sustainability was top of mind when building the new residence hall. Syringa was made with energy-efficiency and environment-friendly standards as a main focus, earning it the first LEED Silver Certification on campus.
