[Allyanna Wintermote, Senior Admission Counselor]: My name is Allyanna Wintermote and I’m a senior admissions counselor at the Admissions Office at Boise State University. I’m also a graduate from Boise State, part of the class of 2014. So what does my role entail? I’m here to support you throughout every step of this process. I also work specifically with students from the Midwest area and students from Arizona and Utah. So what was my favorite thing when I went to Boise State? I truly loved the sense of belonging that you get on campus. You can feel it here in the quad, you can feel it in the classroom, even within the city of Boise. And if I were to provide a tip for you, it would be connecting with your professors outside of the classroom. They’re there to support you every step of the way. And so making sure that from day one you set up that appointment with them after your classes so that you feel supported throughout your time here.
