What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association for Boise State, and helping enhance the voice of the Broncos of the Last Decade is something I have become so passionate about. After graduation, staying connected and forming a strong network can often be difficult as graduates are pulled in so many different directions; I am so excited to be a part of building this network and celebrating and engaging BOLD graduates through this committee.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
Boise State University offered me many opportunities while I was a student here, but the biggest thing I found was connection. I am excited to have the chance to participate in providing opportunities to other BOLD alums connecting them back to Boise State and bringing them back home to the Blue!

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I feel like there’s been a very negative connotation around getting involved as a recent grad. In the past, it’s felt like the University tries to get you to donate with no real return for your money. Hoping as a part of the BOLD committee, I can help change that perception.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I am a proud graduate of Boise State. As a younger alum, I have always struggled to find ways to get involved, but recent graduates can truly be a great resource for the university and incoming students.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I have been incredibly impressed with the work that the BOLD Committee has done since its inception, especially considering the short amount of time that they have been working on this. I wanted to be a part of the incredible momentum that they have been building with recent graduates because it is so important that our peers have a sense of place post-graduation.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I spent nearly all of my college career working 50+ hours per week while taking a full time school load. This left very little time for me to be apart of the university outside of the classroom. Looking back, it is not too late to begin to be apart of such a great school that truly help shape me into the individual that I am today.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I have always been someone who looks for opportunities to be involved and get creative. Since my graduation from Boise State, I have missed the connection I felt to the university while I was a student and wanted an outlet to feel like a Bronco again. The BOLD committee allowed me to do just that while getting to enjoy all that being an alum has to offer!

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I want to help BOLD members see the opportunities Boise State still has for them post-graduation. I also want to give back to those that need our help through stewardship and scholarship. I am excited to show people that although our time at Boise State was amazing, it does not have to stop after 4 years when we say Once a Bronco, Always a Bronco we TRULY mean it!

BOLD graduates make up around 40% of our alumni population. We are a generation of Broncos that want to create more opportunities inside and outside of the classroom, access to quality education and show a deep passion for Bronco Nation for the next generation of Broncos!

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
One of the main reasons that caused me to enroll at Boise State University was the connection the University had with the City of Boise. The feeling of having a strong community behind me created a sense of belonging and created social connections that will last a lifetime. By participating on the BOLD Committee I believe that it will allow me to re-strengthen that connection I once had while also providing BOLD members that feeling of community.

What drew you into participating in the BOLD Committee?
I was beyond excited when I was presented with the opportunity to participate in the BOLD Committee. I graduated from Boise State this past May, and after graduating, I really experienced a sense of loss. As a student, I loved being so involved in different clubs and organizations on campus because of the friendships, networking opportunities, and skills I was able to develop. Now, as a very recent alumna, I came to the realization that I wasn’t Abby-the-sorority-girl or Abby-in-Dance-Marathon or any of my college identities anymore. I missed being a part of something bigger than myself. Therefore, I am stoked to be a part of the BOLD Committee to help other recent graduates to still feel connected and appreciated by Boise State!
