The University Archives is the repository for university records and publications going back to its founding in 1932. The purpose is to collect, preserve, and make available records which document the history of the University and its people, events, and organizations.

We accept donations from alumni, staff, faculty, students, and anyone with materials related to St. Margaret’s, Boise Junior College, Boise College, Boise State College, and Boise State University. Boise State University Policy 1020 and the Idaho State Board of Education’s records retention schedules govern university records.
