M.S. Application Materials

To apply for the Biomolecular Sciences M.S. Program, please complete the following:

  • Complete the Graduate Application Online. Note: The application fee must be paid before the application is processed. All supplemental materials below can be submitted within the Graduate Application.
  • Request three letters of recommendation from academic or professional references that can provide an evaluation of your ability to perform and succeed at the graduate level.
  • Submit a brief personal statement (no more than 1750 words) describing your academic and professional background, career goals, and the names of 1-3 faculty members that you are most interest in working with. Please note that prior to being formally accepted into the M.S. Program, you will need to have a faculty member agree to be your major advisor. We strongly suggest that you reach-out to these faculty members before or during the application process.
  • Submit a scientific writing sample, such as original posters, articles submitted for review, published abstracts, term papers, etc.
  • Submit a CV or Resume listing educational training, awards, publications, poster presentations, grants, etc.
  • OPTIONAL: Submit official Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores (General and/or Subject specific test) directly to the Graduate College. Our institution code number is R4018.
