The College of Business and Economics (COBE) Plus Business program allows Boise State students to earn their business minor with only 18 credits. A business minor can add that extra expertise which will help a student stand out in the job market, no matter their major.
The program is open to any student with a non-COBE major and can be started in spring, summer or fall semesters, regardless of your student’s academic progress or course catalog. Students are also able to complete the program exclusively through summer semesters, without delaying graduation.
Through the Plus Business program, your student will gain valuable experience and in-demand skills that employers are looking for, including:
- Leading and managing people and teams
- Developing and selling products and services
- Measuring and managing profitability and investments
Furthermore, students who aren’t looking for a full minor also have the opportunity to complete a shorter, 12 credit program and earn a business certificate from Boise State. Both programs are also available completely online, so your Bronco can get a competitive edge in the job market on their own time, from the comfort of home!
