Career Services Staff

Debbie provides strategic leadership and direction for Boise State Career Services as we seek to create partnerships on and off-campus to prepare our students for meaningful employment.

Paige oversees the daily operations of Career Services and manages our front office student employees.

Alex manages the Career Development team and oversees career development programs and services, including career counseling, job search advising, and career coaching embedded within academic colleges.

Mary is our online career counselor, working electronically with Boise State students all over the world. She assists students with career exploration, career planning, and job searching.

Jamie assists all students with career exploration, career planning, and job searching.

Amanda assists all students with career exploration, career planning, and job searching.

Leandra assists COEN students with career planning and job search. She also coordinates the College of Engineering and Construction Industry Career Fairs.

Rachel assists SPS students with career planning and job search.

Kelsey works to support academic departments across the university with embedding career education into the curriculum. She is also the internship coordinator for the School of Public and Population Health.

Becca has worked for Career Services on and off for many years, and she joins our career counseling team during busy times. She assists students online with career exploration, career planning, and job searching.

COBE Career Services assists College of Business and Economics students with discovering career opportunities, finding internships and jobs, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, networking, and interviewing. Learn more and make an appointment with COBE Career Services.

Nick provides strategic leadership for our experiential learning programs focused on growing student participation, creating quality opportunities, and improving access to experiential education for all students.

Jordan manages the Work U program and provides support to both students and employers/community partners in the program.

Emily creates partnerships with local, regional, and national employers and alumni to connect them with Boise State students.

Hank works with employers to develop new experiential learning opportunities for students.

Kelly manages our career fairs and Handshake to help employers recruit our students and alumni.

Andy is helping develop a university wide mentorship program, pairing students and alumni together to foster professional development and career search.

Jennifer manages Career Services’ communication and marketing efforts, ensuring all students have access to the career information they need to be successful. She is our website administrator, social media manager, copywriter, editor, graphic designer, photographer, videographer, and strategist. She loves to collaborate with other departments and units to improve student access to critical information – email her to discuss ideas!
