New Work U Employer Partners Intake Form

If you are interested in being an employer/mentor in our Work U program, the next step is to take 5-10 minutes and complete our Work U intake form below so we can learn more about your organization, the role you have for our students, and ensure you create an opportunity that will attract students. After you complete the intake form, our Employer Relations Specialist, Hank Ebert, will follow up with a phone call or email.
