COAS Undergrads – Share Your Story With the Ethos Project

Audienc at Ethos Project Symposium

Have you seen a TED talk?  The TED stage showcases people with “ideas worth spreading.”

As an undergraduate student at Boise State, you also have ideas worth spreading. Whether it’s in your classroom, organization, internship, or lab, you’re doing innovative and creative work that deserves to be on a stage. The Ethos Project symposium offers a unique opportunity to have your voice heard in front of hundreds of people. This exposure will help you take your project further than you ever thought was possible.

The Ethos Project is a student-led organization that celebrates student voices by creating an environment of opportunity and empowerment for all undergraduate students. We promote student advocacy work and provide you with the skills and credibility you need to succeed in your ventures. Our symposium event offers a platform for your voice to be heard in front of peers, faculty members, and community leaders.  In addition, our board of passionate undergraduate students will help you gain the tools and connections you may need to establish the change you want to see.

The previous Ethos Project Symposium events were an incredible and inspiring success. Last spring, a crowd of more than 300 students, faculty members, administrators, and community leaders gathered for the second annual Ethos Project Symposium. Undergraduate students from disciplines across campus shared research-based projects aimed at inspiring local change. The Symposium has addressed issues ranging from refugee health care, inmate education, mental health, and the problems international students face, to name a few. To see the full range of past projects, visit our website.
