Communications Resources
The Dean’s Office is here to help share your stories and promote your events!
Submit your College of Arts and Sciences stories, faculty-in-action items and COAS-sponsored events here. Submit using this form and your story or event will be posted on the COAS and university website news/event feeds, college newsletters, Opportunities and Events email, The Update and COAS social channels.
Event Submission Deadlines
Please submit your events three weeks prior to the date of the event. This timeline is minimally required for us to be able to help promote your event across university calendars and newsletters.
Faculty/Staff in Action Submissions
As the college prepares resources for web administrators for the Office of Civil Rights web accessibility initiative that is now underway, we will have to reallocate communications resources for the time being.
Effective March 16, 2023, the Dean’s Office is pausing submissions for faculty and staff in action stories. Your accomplishments and stories mean so much to us, so please save these for when we can begin accepting submissions again. We understand how these temporary changes may impact you and your departments and look forward to being able to help tell your stories again soon.
Opportunities for Students, Staff and Faculty
Do you have an opportunity for COAS students, faculty or staff? Email jefferyoliver@boisestate.edu and we’ll publish these to our “opportunities for…” feeds and include these in internal college newsletters.
