Some faculty have found that gradescope has cut their grading time in half while streamlining the process of giving rich and specific feedback. Other features make grading more equitable for students. Gradescope is free for all Boise State faculty this Spring.
- Gradescope has features not found in Canvas that speed up grading and make it easier and faster to give feedback.
- Instructors can quickly grade short answer work involving formulas and diagrams.
- Gradescope can be integrated for student access through Canvas and grade transfer.
- Gradescope will sort and automatically grade scantron sheets.
Mintaek Lee (Mathematics), Joe Meredith (Chemistry), Kathrine Johnson (Mathematics) and Greg Snow (Ecampus) will show you how they use Gradescope in a 60-minute seminar on March 9, 2022.
