Backcountry Film Festival

The Backcountry Film Festival celebrates the human-powered experience and provides a gathering place for the backcountry snowsports community. Funds raised at each screening stay in the local community to support winter recreation and conservation efforts, education and avalanche safety programs and raise awareness of winter management issues.

This screening benefits the Winter Wildlands Alliance. Stio and the Boise State Department of Geosciences support this event.
