Tim Beardmore

Adjunct Faculty, Boise State University

Tim Beardmore is a manager of contracts and projects oversight at Layton Construction. In his role, Tim performs contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and consults with operational teams.

Before joining Layton’s legal department in January 2020, he was a project manager for Layton’s construction services group. As a project manager, Tim showed interest in building projects that would become the glue of the communities they served. Prior to joining Layton, Tim was an estimator for Fluor involved in large design-build infrastructure projects throughout the United States.

Tim has earned a Master of Engineering degree from Clemson and a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Boise State University. If he isn’t at the office, Tim can be found enjoying the nearby Wasatch mountains in Utah.
