Spring 2024 Business Ethics Roundtable – Reshaping Work for the Next Generation

The Business Ethics Roundtables were created by COBE’s Hansberger Endowed Chair in Business Ethics, Professor Ruth Jebe. The Roundtables are invitation-only small group discussions over dinner that bring together business leaders, students, and faculty to explore business ethics and sustainability issues.

The spring 2024 Roundtable focuses on “Reshaping Work for the Next Generation.” From the Great Resignation to the growing influence of Gen Z workers to the integration of AI to calls for more flexible work arrangements, the world of work is undergoing significant change. This discussion will look at the host of forces reshaping work. Roundtable participants include area businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities with an interest in examining the evolution of work. Boise State faculty with expertise in building and managing effective workforces will join us, as will Boise State MBA students.

The spring 2024 Roundtable will be held on Wednesday, April 3, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Boise State Alumni and Friends Center. The event is free of charge. If you are interested in participating, have questions, or need more information on the event, do not hesitate to reach out to Prof. Ruth Jebe at ruthjebe@boisestate.edu. If you have business associates that you think would be interested in the event, please feel free to share this message with them or to pass their names on to Prof. Jebe.
