Each year, the Department of Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering at Boise State is asked to nominate two juniors for the Idaho Society of Professional Engineers. Based on these nominations, the two students are interviewed by ISPE and an outstanding junior from our department will be awarded a prize at a special virtual reception during Engineering Week 2024.
While the ISPE organization conducts interviews to select the final Outstanding Junior for 2024, we want to celebrate the two ME nominees here!
The department has chosen two student nominees for the ISPE award: Nuha Akhtar and Andrew Bossert. ISPE will choose the final winner, but each student is a great representative of our Junior engineers. Please congratulate these students when you see them.
