Time to Make Your Plans for Spring Semester

Hey Bronco,

Ok, I know it might be hard to believe, but it’s already time to start thinking about your classes for next semester. Give it some attention now, so it doesn’t stress you out later.

Spring 2022 Registration

  • Registration opens November 1-19 and your registration appointment is based on the number of credits you have earned.
  • Your “registration appointment” is the time you can enroll in next semester classes, not an actual appointment you need to attend.
  • Confirm your registration appointment by logging in to myBoiseState in mid-to-late October, it will be posted right under your name when you log in.
  • You may have a required advising (RAD) hold, which means you can’t register for spring semester until you complete academic advising. That’s how important advising is in your first semester.
  • Do you know who to see for advising? It depends on whether or not you have declared a major. Start here to find your advisor.

Once you get all this squared away, focus on the current semester and finishing strong. Sometimes, a successful academic game plan includes dropping a class (always consult with an advisor first). Just in case, make a note that October 29 is the last day to drop a class with a “W,” which stays on your academic record (no refund).

Sincerely,
Your Commuter Cohort Support Team
