Memory Book Project

About the Project

Can we pick your brain?

… and maybe your photo album?

Our goal is to compile the memories, stories, photos, and well-wishes of students and colleagues, past and present, and present the completed volumes to our honorees at the end of the school year.

Please take a look at the list of things you can submit to the project. You can submit more than once, but remember to enter them on the correct form. We’ll be accepting submissions up until May 16, but your help in submitting earlier is greatly appreciated!

What we're asking for

See what you can send us to make this gift a personal one!

Memories

Have a great story about your time with the faculty member? We want to hear it! Submit it in the Message section of the form.

Well-Wishes

Just have a few words to cheer on our retirees as they embrace their freedom? The Message field is where to enter it.

Stories

Stories about the early days of the program? About their research or programs they led? Write these longer text pieces in a document and upload them in the Other Filessection.

Photos of YOU

Our faculty would love to see you and hear about where you ended up! Photos of you at work, with your families, or on vacation … we want to see you now! Upload your photos in the Photo section and send us notes about the photos, who is in them, and what is going on in the Message section.

Photos of the faculty

We’d love to see our folks throughout the years they spent at Boise State. Share pictures of them, their labs, their research students, or other things that will help them appreciate their time here.

Other stuff!

Do you have a document, letter, or flyer that might be meaningful to our folks? Attach a PDF or phicture format document and upload it in the Other Files section. Let us know in the Message section what it is and why it’s meaningful.

Remember …

  • Each of these is being personalized for the individual, so submit the right stuff in the right form.
  • A digital version of the finished product will be available when it’s produced.
  • Submitting stories and photos constitutes permission to use them for this project.
