Join Us for a Post Graduation Celebration!

The Boise State Alumni Association is excited to invite our BOLD graduates and their families to join us for a reception at the Alumni and Friends Center directly following the ceremony on Saturday. Enjoy light refreshments, photo opportunities, live music, and an opportunity to show graduates their forever home on campus, the Alumni and Friends Center.

Asian/Pacific Islander Stole Celebration

This celebration honors the accomplishments of Asian/Pacific Islander graduates from Boise State. Students are welcome to invite an honored guest to join them as their stole is presented.

Free parking and refreshments will be provided. Stoles are provided free of charge to graduates and you must attend the ceremony to receive a stole.

Black Excellence Stole Ceremony

Graduates who identify as Black are invited to be honored with their peers at this celebration. Students are welcome to invite an honored guest to join them as their stole is presented. These stoles are meant to be worn to the Boise State Commencement ceremony. Free parking and refreshments will be provided. Stoles are provided free of charge to graduates and you must attend the ceremony to receive a stole.

First-Generation Graduation Celebration

Genetic Counseling Hooding Ceremony

Boise State Genetic Counseling Hooding Ceremony is a celebration to honor the academic achievements and graduation of the Master of Science in Genetic Counseling students. Join us and celebrate with genetic counseling faculty, staff, fellow students, friends, and family.

Graduating Student Leaders Celebration

Sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and the Student Involvement and Leadership Center, this event recognizes students who have developed as leaders through their involvement at Boise State and have shown a positive impact on the campus community.

Students must be nominated by a staff or faculty member in order to be eligible for recognition. Nominated students will be sent an email asking them to apply by Sunday, April 16, 2023. Contact getinvolved@boisestate.edu with questions.

Graduation Champagne Toast

Sponsored by the Boise State Alumni Association this event offers an opportunity to toast to the spring commencement graduates and Class of 2023 and most importantly, welcoming our graduates to the Boise State Alumni Association. This event is for graduates only to celebrate amongst your peers as well as visit your home in the Alumni and Friends Building. Champagne is complimentary, registration is required. Indigenous Stole Celebration

This celebration honors the accomplishments of Native and Indigenous graduates from Boise State. Students are welcome to invite an honored guest to join them as their stole is presented. Students are welcome to wear their tribal regalia to the ceremony.

International Graduation Celebration

International Graduation Celebration is a unique event that recognizes and celebrates the achievements of international graduates, exchange students, and study-abroad alumni. This event allows these individuals to reflect on their academic journey and the cultural experiences they have gained while studying abroad. It also acknowledges the unique challenges and accomplishments of those who have pursued their education in a foreign country. International Graduation Celebration brings together students, faculty, staff, and families to honor the diverse perspectives and contributions of the global community.

LatinX Celebration
