SCHEDULE
May 8, 2026
10:30 p.m. – Graduates arrive
11:00 a.m. – Hooding Ceremony
After the ceremony – Graduation Open House on the Blue! Graduates and their families are invited to an open house at Albertsons Stadium on The Blue, Friday, May 8 from 3:00-6:00 pm. Enjoy light refreshments, music and an opportunity to take memorable graduation photos on The Blue. Graduates will receive an email with full details closer to graduation.
Planning to Attend?
REGALIA
The following academic regalia is required to participate in Convocation or Commencement. Regalia is on sale at the Grad Fair and available for purchase at the Bookstore View the Boise State Bookstore Graduation Page.
Required Regalia
Required regalia includes a mortar board, gown, master’s hood (in gold color) and tassel.
Honor Cords
Honor cords should be obtained through the corresponding organization. Some examples include:
- Veteran Cord, contact Veteran Services
- First Generation Cord, contact the Student Connections Center
