Six Student Engagement Strategies

Keeping students engaged in our courses can be challenging for many of us. Low student participation can stem from a variety of factors, including daily distractions and a disconnect with the course content.  Regardless of the reason, there are some simple strategies that you can implement immediately to increase classroom interactions.  Inside Higher Ed’s recent article titled Academic Success Tip: Use Engagement Strategies Students Enjoy in Class describes six easy-to-implement strategies to help with more interaction in the classroom.
