Are you curious about exploring your teaching through a scholarly lens?
Do you have an idea to enhance your instruction and want to investigate its impact? Are you interested in learning how to design and publish your own SoTL research?
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is excited to introduce a new Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Grants Program – a year-long, cohort-based experience designed to support faculty in turning teaching ideas into meaningful research and disseminate their findings.
This program is ideal for instructors who have a general idea for a SoTL project and are seeking structured guidance, professional development, and a supportive community of peers. No previous SoTL experience is required to apply. Participants will benefit from a blend of SoTL-focused workshop sessions, collaborative activities, and dedicated time to design and implement their projects.
The inaugural cohort will include eight participants, each receiving a $1,000 research grant from the CTL to support their work.
To apply for the 2025–2026 SoTL Grants cohort, submit this application form by August 1, 2025.
