Tutor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a tutor for the TRIO Academic Coaching and Educational Support Program at Boise State University. Please ensure you meet the qualifications and can fulfill the commitments below before applying to be a tutor.

Tutor Qualifications:

Have achieved a grade of a B or higher in the course(s) you wish to tutor OR are currently enrolled in the course and earning an A.
Be enrolled in at least 6 undergraduate credits or 5 graduate credits at Boise State.
In some cases, TRIO ACES may ask you to obtain approval from the Dept. Chair or instructor for the subject you wish to tutor.

Tutor Time Commitment:

Be available for the entire semester in which you agree to tutor.
Be free for approximately 2-10 hours of tutoring each week (depending on your availability)
