Military Tuition Assistance Submission

Please submit your approved Award Authorization document from your branch’s education platform. Be sure to not include any sensitive personal identification information.

We will begin processing your request after submission of this form, and will send you an email once the funding has been applied to your student account.

  • Are you using GI Bill (Ch 30 "top-up" or Ch 33)?
  • Please upload your approved TA Authorization as a PDF. If you have more than one form for this semester, attach them all.
