The Caring for You Manual features campus and local resources. Please note that the university is in the process of updating how links are listed for most departments and some links listed in this document may be broken.  For updated link information, in advance of our regular review and update of this document, please contact the Office of the Dean of Students (208-426-1527).

When students or community members call the Gender Equity Center in need of help with housing, utilities, medical services, or financial concerns, one of the first places we look for resources is the Self-Rescue Manual.  The Self-Rescue Manual is a user-friendly directory that lists numerous social services available in the Treasure Valley.
