Bruce Mohr
Executive Chair
Bruce Mohr is co-founder and partner with Buffington Mohr McNeal. His previous employers include First Security Investment Management Inc. and West One Bank. In 2020, Mohr received the College of Business and Economics Outstanding Alumni Award.
He serves as executive chair on the Boise State University Foundation board and as a trustee for the Boise City Arts and History Foundation. Mohr was president of the Boise Contemporary Theater board and chair of the Boise City Arts Commission. He also served on the boards of the Boise State Honors College, Ballet Idaho, Boise Nationals Soccer Club and Morrison Center Endowment Foundation. Mohr has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boise State and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon.

Jim Martin is a partner with Hawley Troxell. He was previously a partner with Moffatt Thomas for 25 years. Martin serves as the immediate past chair on the Boise State University Foundation board and is a founding member of the Idaho Pro Bono Commission and charter member of the Boise Centennial Rotary Club. He served as chair of the Fourth District Bar Commission and the Idaho State Bar Young Lawyers Section. He has also been involved with the Citizens’ Law Academy, Defense Research Institute, Family Advocates, Federal Bar Association, Idaho Volunteer Lawyers, Sacred Heart, the U.S. District Court Local Civil Rules committee and the Bronco Athletic Association/Alumni Association Biennial Auction committee.

Matt Wolff currently serves as president of St. Luke’s Health Plan, a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Luke’s Health System. Prior to launching the provider-sponsored insurance entity in 2022, he led St. Luke’s Health Partners. He has held various management positions within St. Luke’s Health System over the past 12 years, including financial and revenue cycle leadership. Prior to joining the health care industry, Wolff had entrepreneurial experience in multiple startups, and with Deloitte and Touche,
LLP in the audit and assurance practice.Wolff is a graduate of Boise State with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy and a master’s in accountancy.

Rick Pedigo is president and CEO of Pedigo Products, Inc., a third-generation, family-owned business that manufactures medical devices and is based in Vancouver, Washington. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration while working full time for the family business. Two of his three children graduated from Boise State University.
Pedigo and his wife are avid Bronco fans as they follow and support Boise State athletic teams by attending games, fundraising events and donate medical products to the School of Nursing, College of Health Sciences and Department of Athletics.

Kenny Bolton is a retired district manager with United Parcel Service. His 33-year career began in Oakland, California, and took him all over the country before his retirement in Boise, where he began volunteering on the boards of directors at St. Luke’s Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation of Idaho, Treasure Valley YMCA and Bishop Kelley Foundation.

Prior to his elevation to president, Clinger served as the company’s chief operations officer for four years. At the time, over 70% of Melaleuca’s 2,000 North American employees reported through his office; before that, he served as the company’s chief of staff, director of corporate affairs and assistant to the president to Melaleuca Founder Frank VanderSloot.
Clinger has served as a member of the Shelley School District’s Board of Trustees since 2015, as chairman for most of that time. He graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. For many years, Clinger has advocated for Boise State in Eastern Idaho. He and his wife Kate met on the Boise State cheer team and have four children. His oldest son, Ryker, plays on Boise State’s football team. When not at work, Clinger spends time with his family, chasing his kids from one activity to another, and races racehorses.

Allen Dykman
Allen Dykman is president and co-founder of Dykman, Inc. His business interests also include Dykman Electrical, Inc. and Dykman Properties, LLC. He and his wife, Dixie Dykman, received the 2020 St. Luke’s Ralph J. Comstock Light of Philanthropy Award, were Boise State University Homecoming Grand Marshalls in 2006 and Bronco Athletic Association/Alumni Association Biennial Auction Honorees in 2011.
This will be Dykman’s third time serving on the foundation board. He is a past executive chair of the board, as well as past president of the Boise State Alumni Association and Bronco Athletic Association, co-chair of the Destination Distinction Campaign steering committee, and a member of the President’s Advisory Board. He also serves on the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl executive committee.
Dykman received an honorary doctoral degree in 2021 from Boise State, as well as the 2002 Silver Medallion Award, 2001 Distinguished Alumni Award and 2000 Bronco Athletic Association Bronze Bronco Award. He was named the 2010 Idaho Business Leader of the year by the Delta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at Idaho State, and was selected as a 2020 Influential Leader by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

Dr. Ted Epperly is the President and CEO of the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, a large Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center (FQHC) comprised of nine FQHC clinics, four ACGME family medicine residency programs, and five fellowships. He received an undergraduate degree in biology and anthropology from Utah State University in 1976. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1980. He completed his residency in family medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis, Washington in 1983. He completed a faculty development fellowship at the University of North Carolina in 1986 and achieved an additional CAQ in Geriatrics.
Dr. Epperly retired in July 2001 as Colonel after serving 21 years in the United States Army. He served as the past President and Board Chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) representing 135,000 family physicians across the country. He is a past member of the ACGME Board of Directors that has responsibility of all residency and fellowship training for over 140,000 residents and fellows of all specialties in the United States. He currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board for the Health Care Transformation Council of Idaho that is in charge of helping transform health care for the State of Idaho.
Dr. Epperly is an award-winning physician, teacher, leader, author, researcher and mentor. His multiple award-winning first book “Fractured: America’s Broken Health Care System and What Must Be Done to Heal It” provides excellent insight to the U.S health care system and can be found on Amazon.com. His second book entitled “Preparing for the Next Pandemic: Lessons, Stories and Recommendations from Covid-19” was released in 2022 by the Johns Hopkins University Press.

Marybeth Flachbart
Marybeth Flachbart is a senior consultant with Mountain West Associates, a boutique consulting firm that supports schools, districts and state education agencies in building capacity for literacy and school improvement. She brings decades of experience in policy, practice and professional development to her work with educators and leaders across the country.
Flachbart has authored and co-authored several influential literacy resources, including state-level playbooks and blueprints designed to guide comprehensive literacy efforts. She regularly provides technical assistance and facilitates training for educators, instructional leaders and policymakers. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices and informed by years of classroom experience in both general and special education.
Previously, she served as Director of the Region 17 Comprehensive Center, supporting the Departments of Education in Idaho and Montana, and as President and CEO of the Neuhaus Education Center in Houston, Texas — a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to literacy solutions and dyslexia support. She has also held leadership roles at the Idaho State Department of Education, including Deputy Superintendent of Student Achievement and School Improvement, and led the development and implementation of Idaho’s Reading First Program.
In addition to her leadership roles, Flachbart has consulted for national literacy initiatives and taught at the university level. She holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University, an M.S. in Special Education from Fairfield University, and is a Certified Academic Language Therapist.

She graduated from Boise State with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA, in addition to an Executive MBA from Duke University.

Layne Hepworth is retired founder and chartered financial consultant with LPL Financial. He was previously at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. He was chair of the Henry’s Fork Foundation board and served on the Fremont County Planning and Zoning Commission.
Hepworth has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Boise State University. He received his CLU and ChFC certification through the American College in Denver.

He is the past president of the Idaho AGC, Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation and Boise State’s Construction Management Advisory Council. Rick Isaacson is the Chairman of the Isaacson Family Office, the Isaacson Foundation and board member at SERVPRO Industries, LLC. He studied marketing and economics at Boise State University. He led a successful sales operation for Mutual of Omaha before joining his family’s business, SERVPRO, which he spent the majority of his career building into a national leader in the cleaning, restoration and construction industries.
Joining the company as the assistant marketing manager in 1985, Isaacson was promoted to vice president of marketing in 1987. He implemented the National Training Center in 1992 and the National Advertising Program in 2003. In 2019, Isaacson led the sale of a majority stake of the more than 50-year-old, family-owned company with 2,100 franchise licenses to private equity firm Blackstone, and was appointed chief executive officer. In 2023, he retired from SERVPRO headquarters after nearly 40 years of service to the company. He remains active on its Board of Managers.

Darren Kyle
Darren Kyle is a second generation owner/operator and franchisee of McDonald’s Restaurants since returning to his hometown of Twin Falls in 2003. He had had ketchup in his veins from a very young age after moving to Idaho as a toddler when his father first became a McDonald’s franchisee over 50 years ago and later working in the restaurants beginning at age 11. Kyle currently operates 12 restaurant locations in South Central Idaho stretching from Mountain Home to Burley and Twin Falls to Hailey and is responsible for overseeing business strategic planning and people initiatives, community building activities and partnerships, as well as the operations execution to the 11,000 customers that visit his restaurants every day. He does this alongside his father, brother and over 600 dedicated supervisors, managers, crew and support staff.
Kyle received his BBA in Accounting from Boise State University in 1992 and his license as Certified Public Accountant in 1993. Prior to returning to McDonald’s, he spent 11 years in public accounting practice as a Senior Tax Manager in the Boise office of Deloitte.
In addition to the Boise State University Foundation, Kyle currently sits on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, Boys and Girls Clubs of the Magic Valley and the Boise State College of Business and Economics Advisory Council. Darren Kyle is a second generation owner/operator and franchisee of McDonald’s Restaurants since returning to his hometown of Twin Falls in 2003. He had had ketchup in his veins from a very young age after moving to Idaho as a toddler when his father first became a McDonald’s franchisee over 50 years ago and later working in the restaurants beginning at age 11. Kyle currently operates 12 restaurant locations in South Central Idaho stretching from Mountain Home to Burley and Twin Falls to Hailey and is responsible for overseeing business strategic planning and people initiatives, community building activities and partnerships, as well as the operations execution to the 11,000 customers that visit his restaurants every day. He does this alongside his father, brother and over 600 dedicated supervisors, managers, crew and support staff.
Kyle received his BBA in Accounting from Boise State University in 1992 and his license as Certified Public Accountant in 1993. Prior to returning to McDonald’s, he spent 11 years in public accounting practice as a Senior Tax Manager in the Boise office of Deloitte.

David McFadyen, President and CEO, of Trinity Health West Region – Saint Agnes and Saint Alphonsus Health System, provides executive leadership, strategic and operational oversight for a 996 bed, five-hospital region, and a 40-bed acute rehabilitation Joint Venture with 87 clinics and two freestanding emergency departments, a clinically integrated network across Idaho, Oregon and California, and 10 other joint ventures. The West Region employs over 9,000 colleagues which includes over 670 primary care and specialty care medical providers.
Immediately prior to this role, from 2020-2024, he served as President of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and was responsible for leading the strategic, financial and operational direction of the region’s leading level II trauma center with 418-bed medical center.
Prior to joining Saint Alphonsus Health System, David served as a senior executive leader in various roles within the St. Luke’s Health System. Roles included Vice President of Population Health from 2018-2020 where he provided operational leadership for St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center including Idaho’s only Children’s Hospital (420-bed regional medical center), St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital and two critical access hospitals in Elmore and McCall. David also had matrix accountability for post-acute and ambulatory clinic operations within the service area and Air St. Luke’s operations (fixed wing, rotor and ground).

Rick Stacey is a founding and managing member of McConnell, Wagner, Sykes + Stacey, PLLC (“MWSS”). MWSS is a boutique law firm located in Boise, specializing in construction, real estate and employment law. He was previously a partner in the law firm of Meuleman Mollerup, LLP. Stacey has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers for his work in construction law.
Stacey is also a member of the board of directors for the Boise State University Alumni Association. He served on the executive committee of the association from 2012-2022, including two terms as president between 2019 and 2021. He received the Alumni Association’s Outstanding Service Award in 2014 and President’s Award in 2017. He is also actively involved in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Idaho and has served on the board of directors and executive committee for its Construction Leadership Council.
Stacey has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Boise State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah.

Sugiyama serves on the Boise State University Foundation Board, EFIB board and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers investment committee. She served on the Bronco Athletic Association board and has represented PERSI on advisory boards. Sugiyama has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boise State University.

Glen Walker is President of Glen E. Walker and Associates, Inc. and financial advisor for Waddell and Reed Wealth Management. He previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank. In 2003, with a passion for the sport of lacrosse, he founded and owned Lacrosse Idaho. For fifteen years, he actively partnered with the Idaho Lacrosse Association and helped grow and promote enthusiasm in the sport and sustain the local youth and high school lacrosse community.

20 years as Vice President, General Counsel of Green Diamond Resource Company, a timber company based in Seattle, Washington, that owns and manages over 2.2 million acres of timberland in nince states. Prior to Green Diamond, Schuler was a partner at Perkins Coie LLP.Schuler and his wife Miyoung have three sons, Peter, Jackson ’20, and Thomas ’24. They reside in Boise.
