About Us
A nonprofit Idaho organization, the Boise State University Foundation was established in 1964 for the benefit of Boise State University. The Foundation works closely with the Division of University Advancement to inspire, generate, and prudently manage private support for the university.
Tax Exempt Status
The Boise State University Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (#82-6010706).
Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible. The Foundation funds are managed by professional fund custodians and investors whose performance is reviewed quarterly by a committee of the Boise State University Foundation Board of Directors.
