FY23 Athletics Department’s Highest Fundraising Year

Boise State Athletics set the department’s highest fundraising year with $26.1 million in total support during the 2023 fiscal year.  The amount exceeds last year’s record of $24.1 million.

Your investment reinforces our vision to position Boise State Athletics for long-term success and sustainability,” said Dickey.  “Your commitment also sends a clear message to all of college athletics that our sport programs and 350 student-athletes will continue to raise our standard of excellence.”

The department’s record was highlighted by the following.

  • 11% increase in donors
  • 41% increase in average gift per donor
  • The steady growth of the Lyle Smith Society to 225 members
  • 11 commitments of $1 million+, including a $5 million donation from the Miller Family
