A team of Radiologic Sciences students competed in the annual Inside Ride competition sponsored by Saint Alphonsus Foundation in conjunction with the Heart and Vascular Centers. This bicycle riding event in the Town Square Mall pitted teams of riders in half hour and hour racing events.
The Radiology “Dose Chasers” came in second in their heat. The student team included Kristi Poxleitner, Jeremiah Roach, Allan Lloyd, and Arlen Longeteig. Inside Ride promotes February as American Heart Month and increases public awareness of cardiac health and healthy living habits.
