Health Services is making it even easier to take advantage of the many resources it offers by launching a new Patient Portal, a free online service that provides personalized and secure 24/7 access to portions of health records for patients over 18 years of age. Once logged into the portal, which requires the same credentials as the myBoiseState account, patients can conveniently access a variety of health information beyond the clinic’s regular business hours. Via the portal, individuals can:

Access visit summaries

    • View test results
    • Read and respond to messages from the health care team
    • Send documents to Health Services electronically
    • View past and upcoming appointments

The portal was developed by Ron Schmaltz, health information systems administrator and HIPAA security officer at Boise State. Patients must sign and submit the consent form to Health Services prior to accessing the portal. For more information, visit the portal’s FAQ page.

Health Services provides accessible and high-quality healthcare to the campus community. The clinic is located in the Norco Building on the second floor. Hours and contact information can be found on the University Health Services webpage.
