Current Available Apartments

We have a new application process for our apartment housing. Once an apartment becomes available, we’ll post it here on this site. Contact our office (apartments@boisestate.edu) with the requested apartment, from the list located in the Table of Available Apartments, in the subject line. Be very specific about which apartment you are requesting. In the email please include your anticipated move-in date.

After you’ve made a request, our office will reach out to you within the next business day. An apartment can be held for 24 hours while we schedule a walkthrough or work through the paperwork process. After an official offer is made, should you accept, you’ll sign a housing agreement, pay the $50 application fee and the $250 security deposit.

You can look on the Off-Campus Marketplace to review alternative off-campus housing options or to post yourself as a roommate in order to connect with current university apartment residents who are looking for a roommate.
