Student Art Submissions Requested

Attention Students!

The Intermountain Bird Observatory is working to develop the Diane Moore Nature Center along the Boise River. This is the location of our popular bird banding field trips and habitat projects.

As we continue to develop the nature center, we will have signs marking trails and thanking various donors to the project, and we’d love to have these decorated with original artwork from students. We’re looking for art from students of all ages, featuring all kinds of species that call the Boise River home.

Deadline

Deadline for the first round of art submissions is June 1, 2024.

This is not a formal contest with only a few winners. We want to feature art from as many students as possible! We will select our favorite artwork to print on our signs, as well as IBO’s website and online communications. Students who are selected will be notified by email once we choose their submission.

We look forward to showcasing your creativity!
