[Dr. Rick Moore]: Hello, I’m Dr Rick Moore and I’m the Chair of the Department of Media at Boise State University. Thanks for visiting our department webpage. We hope you find the information here to be useful. We’re a group of faculty and students interested in the media as a professional field and also in the role media play in our communities. We offer instruction in both of these areas. That includes hands-on classes in journalism, media production, and in strategic communications. That also includes courses where we investigate ethical questions and consider the power of media to change lives.
