Attend upcoming panel discussion and webinar on ‘future of work’

How can we keep the benefit of flexibility and also continue to build and foster relationships for innovative collaboration and strong communities? What does a balance between greater flexibility, collaboration and community look like in the future of work?

Flexibility in when and where we work has expanded since the COVID-19 pandemic, with many employees choosing to work remotely or flexing their working hours. However, organizations are often concerned that efforts at collaboration and community building are most effective through in-person interactions.

The Office of the Provost and the College of Innovation + Design have been gathering input from faculty and staff about what the future of work might be at Boise State and have invited campus to be part of the conversation by joining two expert panel discussions.

The first panel will consist of a discussion between business and government leaders with a second virtual panel continuing the conversation as it applies to questions about the future of work at the university.

The insights from these expert panels and discussions will help inform collective decisions about how we want to work together in this new future.
