Health education student honor society to host networking event Oct. 11

Students discuss job opportunities with an organization at the Meet and Greet.

The School of Public and Population Health and Eta Sigma Gamma, a health education student honor society, will host the annual Meet and Greet networking event from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11 in the Student Union Building’s Simplot Ballroom. The event is open to all Boise State University students.

The event will offer students a chance to network with more than 25 community organizations, local non-profits and healthcare agencies looking to fill internship and volunteer opportunities and job openings. Students are encouraged to wear business casual attire, bring copies of their resume and come prepared with a 30-second elevator pitch to introduce themselves to organizations they are interested in working with.

This is an opportunity for students to connect with fellow students, faculty and organizations, win swag and enjoy free food.
