Overview

New cohorts of DNP in Leadership students begin each fall semester in a year-round, eight semester program. On average, students take 5-6 credits per semester including courses focused on developing and producing a cumulative scholarly project.

For students wishing to enroll in Spring semester, the DNP program offers a seven semester program where students take an average of 5-8 credits per semester.

Courses cover a wide array of leadership theories, policy and advocacy, population health, outcome management analysis, and technology, information systems and quality analysis.  Course work is designed to support the development of the scholarly project and includes four courses dedicated to completing the culminating scholarly project.
