Communication Building Miscellaneous Repairs: Exterior Walls
A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include:
Repair of miscellaneous conditions at the exterior wall of the building including but not limited to: brick
masonry repair/replacement, repair/replacement of mortar and sealants, minor paint, trim and flashing work as further described in the Bid Documents.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed masonry
subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $500.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A pre-bid conference will be held at Communications Building (1711 Cesar Chavez Lane, Boise, ID 83706) on Tuesday, June 9th starting at 10:00am. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
