Evidence-Based Survey Design

Dr. Chyung is working with multiple research teams to conduct literature reviews on the impact of a midpoint used in measurement scales on the validity and reliability of the scales, the effectiveness of the positively-worded and negatively-worded statements used in surveys, the ceiling effects of measurement scales, etc.

The research teams are reviewing close to 100 research articles, synthesizing the research findings, and writing several manuscripts to be published in learning and performance improvement focused journals.

The goal of these activities is to promote evidence-based practices among performance improvement professionals.
