Cancellation Policy

Boise State Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) is committed to supporting your participation in training that fits your interests and availability. If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please contact our office at (208) 426-1709 to discuss a substitute attendee, transfer, or refund.

Payment

  • Payment arrangements are due on or before the first day of the course.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 calendar days before the course start date to receive a full refund of course fees.
  • No refunds for course fees will be issued if notification is received less than 14 calendar days before the course start date.
  • Material and assessment fees are non-refundable.

Multi-Session Programs

  • For multi-session programs, you will receive a refund of the enrollment fee for the remaining sessions of the program after your cancellation request is received.

Substitutions

  • You may send a substitute from the same company or department at no additional cost.
  • Email the substitute’s name and email address to professionaled@boisestate.edu.

Transfers

  • You may transfer into the next offering of the same course at no additional cost.
  • One transfer is allowed per course.

Online Courses

  • Online offerings are included in the PACE cancellation policy; there are no transfers or substitutions available for online asynchronous courses.
