Excel Data Analysis, Level 3

Excel Level 3 is a data analysis class for the advanced user who spends a lot of time working with large amounts of data.

The theme is high end productivity. 

In this class students will learn how to use Excel pivot tables, advanced Excel productivity tools and simple macros.

In-class exercises include:

  • Creating a data analysis spreadsheet based on 15,000+ rows of data (provided by the instructor)
  • Creating a useful Dashboard in order to make a spreadsheet intuitive for other users
  • Creating simple macros that convert a long process into one single click

Who Should Attend

Supervisors, team leaders, team members with reporting responsibilities or anyone who has already attended the first two levels. (Don’t skip the levels! It all matters!)

Presenter

Andy Lanning is a self-taught computer “nerd” and has been training individuals and groups since 1996. She has taught computer VoTech classes at both Boise State and CWI, and is the owner of a computer consulting business. In addition, she is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist and trains most Microsoft programs. With 20+ years of experience in the computer industry, Andy focuses every class on using software to solve common workflow issues.
