Presenters

Pamela Craig

Pamela Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Writing and History and a Master of Public Administration. She is a certified marketing and communications professional and adjunct instructor at Boise State. Additionally, Pamela was a Stanford University Innovation Fellow from 2018-2019, receiving training from Stanford’s d.School in utilizing Design Thinking to foster creativity and innovation in organizations and teams. She is also an early adopter of AI, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Adobe Firefly, and has co-created an AI LLM integration and usage plan for her team’s creation of marketing materials.

Jill Heney

Jill Heney, a long-time faculty member at Boise State University since 1997, has enjoyed teaching and researching the intersection of writing and technology since 2005. For over a decade, she has presented at national conferences on this subject and continues to learn from colleagues locally and nationally in this era of burgeoning AI. Jill is passionate in her teaching and consulting about creating optimal learning environments that support others as they develop their writing and creativity. She holds degrees from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and Boise State University and is currently earning a certificate in Creativity and Design Thinking from Stanford University’s School of Engineering.
