Boise State Public Health offers self-collected COVID-19/Flu testing for everyone, including the general public!
You do not need an appointment for testing. All testing samples will be done using the self-collection testing kits found around campus.
You can find more details on where to test in the Testing Locations and Hours section.
Please review the Testing Services and Charges section to identify which category you fall under and the associated terms and conditions of testing at the Public Health Lab.
Samples that are dropped off before noon are generally run the same business day. Samples left after this time will be run the next business day.
Results will be emailed to you and can be accessed through your patient portal. If you are having trouble accessing your results, please call 208-426-1523 for assistance.
Please Note:
If you’ve tested at the on-campus Public Health Testing Center before, you don’t need to re-register. However, we do have a new system, so you may need to reset your password to access your Patient Portal.
You can access your patient portal here.
If you have tested or been vaccinated with us before you can enter the same email you’ve used in the past and then reset your password using the “Forgot Your Password” link.
If you are new to BSU Public Health use the Sign Up link instead.
You can also access this new system by downloading the SpotMD App on your mobile device.
Contact (208) 426-1523 if you have questions.
