Important Update: Covid-19 Testing Requirements Before Entering the Rec Center
All Campus Recreation members need to get Covid-19 tested before coming into to the Rec Center.
- NOTE: As a Rec Center Member, your Covid-19 test will be at ZERO cost to you
What Are My Next Steps?
- Register for an open testing appointment.
- Show up to testing appointment. Location: Campus School, 2100 West University Drive, Room 109
- Fill-out, print or screenshot your Lab Requisition (if you’ve had a previous test at the Covid-19 Testing Center, you do not need to complete again).
On The Day Of Your Test(s):
- Bring these items to your appointment:
- Boise State campus ID or state identification card
- Printed copy or screenshot of your laboratory requisition (only if this is your first test at the COVID Testing Center)
- Daily Symptom Checker (LiveSafe) results
- Wear a facial covering
Returning To the Rec:
- All Rec Center members will receive a covid-19 verification card at the Covid Testing Center upon testing. NOTE: Please remember to tell the Covid Testing Center you are a Rec Center member.
- Please bring Covid-19 card with you when entering the Rec Center.
- Asymptomatic individuals who are awaiting test results may go about their normal campus activities while observing public health protocols.
