Individual personal training is the best option for those who have fitness goals, little or no exercise experience, movement impairments, or just desire a one-on-one setting. One of our trainers will be there every step of the way as you work toward your goals through an individualized exercise program. A complimentary 30-minute consultation and goal setting session is included in the clients’ first Personal Training package. Personal Training packages are limited to members only.
Fitness Consultation and Goal Session
Description: During the Fitness Consultation, clients will receive a tour of the Rec and discuss their physical activity experience and fitness goals.
Personal Training packages are non-refundable once training sessions have begun.
