Working with a personal trainer is a great way to challenge yourself as an individual and take your fitness to the level you desire. Whether you need basic information about developing your fitness routine, are training for competition, or need fresh ideas to refine your current program, Campus Recreation personal trainers are here to support you with your fitness goals.

Training Types



Body Composition Assessment

Duration: 5-10 minutes
Description: We use skin calipers and a handheld machine to determine your body composition. You will receive a sheet with your results.

Chat with a Trainer Program
Duration: 30 minutes
Description: This is a check-up for people who have questions about their current exercise and nutrition regimen. No tests, just a sit-down chat. A list of questions will be sent out prior to the chat to guide the chat.
Registration: Service Desk
Fee: $15 for Members, $25 for Non-Members. Fee must be paid at the service desk prior to consulting. Once you have paid, the Graduate Assistant for Fitness will be notified and will schedule you an appointment.
