Individual personal training is the best option for those who have fitness goals, little or no exercise experience, movement impairments, or just desire a one-on-one setting. One of our trainers will be there every step of the way as you work toward your goals through an individualized exercise program. A complimentary 60-minute fitness assessment and goal session is included in all Personal Training packages. Personal Training packages are limited to members only.
Fitness Assessment and Goal Session
Description: We use a series of resting and physical tests to determine a customer’s current fitness level. This includes resting heart rate & blood pressure, body composition, a movement screen, as well as strength, cardio, and flexibility testing. Goal session to follow.
Personal Training packages are non-refundable once training sessions have begun.
