Expectations

What to Expect at Each Group Fitness Class

When you walk into the group fitness studio you will be greeted by the instructor, who will check you into class. The instructor will tell you what equipment, if any, you will need and help you get set up.

Each class starts with a warm up, followed by a conditioning segment, and a cool down. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify exercises as needed. We hope each participant leaves feeling both challenged and successful!
