Favorite programming focus: I specialize in designing workout routines (strength training + cardio) for people to improve their strength, endurance, cardiovascular function, mobility, body composition, and overall health, and also improve their athletic performance when doing sports. My favorite thing is to teach clients to perform exercises with a good technique personalized based on their anthropocentric/biomechanics and see them become efficient at it.
