Trip Leader
Wage Rate: $65 to $100 per day depending on the responsibilities and characteristics of the trip being led.

Job Summary:
A Trip Leader has a passion for working with people, comfortable in the outdoors, a desire to improve themselves and their skills, a supportive and inclusive attitude, and a sense of adventure.
We are looking for a diverse set of students who have the desire and capacity to become great leaders. As a starting point, it is not the most important to have outdoor technical skills, extensive leadership experience, or impressive outdoor accomplishments. We encourage everyone to apply, regardless of outdoor experience.

Climbing Gym Attendant
Wage Rate: $10 per hour

Job Summary:
Building strong connections with patrons while fostering a positive learning and climbing environment. Welcoming and encourage growth and comfort to all patrons in the climbing area. Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the climbing gym by educating risk management policies and maintaining gym standards.
